The Frame 301 window converted into a watching station. The street watches itself back.
The window space of Frame 301 Gallery at Montserrat College of Art was converted into a site of active surveillance. A video camera and an LCD screen sit inside a mobile enclosure that responds to passersby. The apparatus conducts a live surveillance of Cabot Street and projects the image back onto the LCD.
